Hi,
At 11 AM, Chuck Philo found an immature Black-legged Kittiwake at the
"gull puddle" area about 0.6 mile west of the Yaquina Bay Bridge along
the South Jetty. There were also many Brown Pelicans in the area.
Chuck reports it is unseasonably warm. Looking at a web page, I see
it is 63F in Newport!
