A LONG-TAILED DUCK just flew in and landed on the water northeast side of
Perkins Peninsula. The lake is being drawn down, extensive mud all around the
point. Royal Avenue is becoming exposed across the lake. The duck is between
Perkins and Royal Ave, hanging close to two Western Grebes.
