Almost certainly a Coops. Hackles are raised in the perched photo, which I
don't believe is ever seen in sharpies, giving it a square-headed look.
Head looks proportionately large in take-off photo, compared to a pin-headed
sharpie. Streaking in breast is relatively thin and sparse, unlike usually
denser, more tear-drop shaped streaking in sharpies. Fluffy white undertail
coverts are also very prominent in second photo, usually less so in
sharpies. My 2 cents!
