Yeah yeah yeah, I hear that every year about how many CBC counts a person
has done. Pretty easy if you just show up and bird. How about making it
more difficult like getting up and owling early on every count? Or the
most difficult, actually be a count compiler yourself- you count compilers
know how much work that involves, particularly on bigger counts, like
planning a wedding! Anyhow, I did 3 CBCs in the last five days, one of
which I helped compile, AND started owling between 12AM and 3AM (which
means getting up much earlier particularly if it is a 45 minute plus drive
to the beginning of your owling area) on every count and I am still typing-
barely. You gotta love the CBC season : )
