Hi:
The mask looks like a Common Redpoll. Hard to tell if there is more white
in wing, but overall shade looks about same as other birds. With all the
variation in redpolls, is the light streaking and white undertail coverts
enough to make it a Hoary? Does seem to have white rump which is a plus
for Hoary. This birds are so similar with so much overlap, many feel they
are just one species with variation.
