This tree is pretty dang fussy on my phone- looks like something that could
be native to anywhere to me. The photo is fuzzy enough that I think you
could call this tree a whole range of species- more trees species (over
1000) than birds in the US.
Are we really sure this was photographed in Oregon?

Yes, that's a good point. I think the poster on FB had no idea how much
interest this photo would generate and has gone to do normal Thanksgiving
