This isn't about Oregon, but I thought some of you would be interested in a
webinar hosted by the conservation organization BirdsCaribbean. The speaker
is Dr. Peter Marra, and the topic is the results from 30 years of studies
on wintering warblers in Jamaica. How is this relevant to Oregon? Because
the implications of winter habitat quality and climate change are surely
applicable to our neotropical migrants. This is one of the better Zoom
presentations I've had the pleasure to see.
