My mom, Em Scattaregia, reports the BROWN PELICAN was flying around below
the middle spillway at Bonneville Dam, alternating between the Skamania
County and Multnomah County side of the channel. (It had been reported on
Tweeters on the Washington side.) This is between Bradford Island and
Cascade Island, in the area where the Arctic Tern was a year ago in April.
The bird should be visible from Bradford Island near the visitor center, or
from the Washington side.
