I have posted another set of lower-quality pics taken at the same time and
location to eBird here: https://ebird.org/view/checklist/S51845949
Thanks Nancy for your great eye catching this bird and also the Dunlins and
Owls! Great Birding day at Finley even if this one turns out to be just a
juvenile White-Fronted.
Great to meet both you and Ralph!

Subject: [obol] Bean Goose
There was an apparent Bean Goose (presumably the same Tundra that was around
earlier this winter) along the south edge of Cabell Marsh (Finley NWR south of
Corvallis) late this afternoon. It was last seen around 4:30, when it flew low
into the very southeast corner of the marsh, into a little bay that you can't
fully see into from the blind at the end of the boardwalk. Last accepted eBird
report of the earlier bird in McFadden Marsh along Bruce Rd was 18 December.
