[obol] 60+ white pelicans on Youngs Bay

I stopped by the 13th street overlook in Warrenton today as part
of my weekly circuit and noted a whole bunch of AMERICAN WHITE
PELICANS working the low tide channels. I guess this is something
we'll have to get used to...
Also plenty of WHIMBREL at the site along with a couple nesting
records.
