All, What is your agency's position on telecommuting? By telecommuting I mean working from home, as opposed to remote work in the field or while traveling on business. Do you forbid it outright, tolerate it grudgingly, or encourage it? Do you have a formal policy or guidelines? Does the policy vary by worker type (e.g. exempt vs. hourly) Thanks in advance.
