[nvda-translations] Update and release of a new version of addon called poeditMadeEasy.

Hi list,
A new version of poeditMadeEasy addons is released as version 1.0dev.
added features:
1. special indication of violation of translation rule (errorful messages).
2. Reporting the possible cause of error in translation (if prevailed).
3. Reporting of status of messages.
4. selection of pitch of beep tone to sharp or mild.
5. Auto detection of missing of paragraph in translation in multiple
paragraph message.
In free time; off the beep by control+shift+p, navigate your all
messages of translation, if nvda error sound is played, that
translation may have an an error!
press control+shift+e, know what error you had made! perhaps you may
get few yet not in your knowledge! I detected five...
