[nvda-translations] RC1 not working properly in Excel formula bar.

Hi Team,
Though the message relates to the development and not for translation,
Let you know that the following provlem is encountered in RC1.
It is not working in Excel formula bar. The problem and context is as follows:
Context:
1. os - windows 7
2. Office package - 2003 and 2007 (both).
Problem:
1. Silelent (no speech) while a character/word/line is selected in
formula BAR i.e. Edit mode. (pressing shift+Right/Left arrow or
Control+shift+Right/left arrow or Control+ Shift+ Home/End).
5. The same problem inside edit box in some dialog like open/save etc.
I Did not checked the same in Beta version but no problem in stable one.
