I think its true. The hotmail, google and talktalk servers are all apparently blocking the whole ip range now as far as email is concerned. it is registered I think, according to one page to some Chinese outfit, however, I've not looked deeply into it. I think its irrisponsible blocking they are being lazy and google for one seem not to care in the slightest or give any indication on how to stop getting re listed a few days down the line. I am also suspicious that this range is not the only one being blocked as some people have rung me asking why I do not reply to their emails!

Re the NVDA-dev list, it seems all the lists on lists.nvaccess.org are affected by the server blocking now; I haven't received anything from the dev and commits lists for two days and resubscribing also doesn't work forme; I don't really want to use a different email address for those lists toavoid the other addresses to be spammed and eventually blocked by some recipients' servers like it has already happened with my Seznam one as aresult of being on quite a lot of mailing lists, and as people tend to leave original messages when they reply the address would be shown. So I think ifit goes on like this it's time to move those lists somewhere else.
