[nvda-addons] For users of mp3DirectCut: an add-on is now available for testing

Hi all,

 

Thanks to a group of developers (Abdel and others), an add-on for
mp3DirectCut is now available from NVDA Community Add-ons website under dev
section:

http://addons.nvda-project.org/addons/mp3DirectCut.en.html

It'll show up on our homepage once Abdel and others confirm it is ready.
