[nvda-addons] Focus Highlight add-on

Hello,
I started to develop the Focus Highlight add-on, which visually
highlights the focused control.
Windows Narrator and commercial screen readers have this kind of feature.
The purpose of this development is to demonstrate NVDA to sited people
effectively,
or help partially sighted people, possibly.
