[nvda-addons] Control Usage Assistant: version 2.0-dev milestone 2 and translatable string update

Hi folks,
The second milestone of Control Usage Assistant 2.0 is now available.
This milestone primarily deals with browse mode messages, such as help
messages for forms and reading PDF documents. In addition,
translatable strings have been updated to include browse mode
messages.
