Hi, If nobody disagrees with this, I'll try to merge this branch to
make it part of master. If you don't want to use the new features,
just don't include a doc\en folder in your addon, and nothing
different will happen.
I haven't found any problem with these changes and would prefer to use
the automatic addon documentation support.
