Derek,

Did you get my e-mail around lunch time with a e-mail from Alison which she
asked me to pass on to you?

I'll paste it again below:

Hi Dan
Could I be cheeky and ask you to email Derek to let him know I've put our IT
people in touch with BT? We have limited IT support over the weekends, but
hopefully we can sort.
Thanks
Alison

Hope you get this e-mail Derek?

I think it's also worth noting that when we had the talking news papers
system there were far less problems compared now.

It has never been made known as to why the old system could not stay, why
did things have to change?

I think John might have meant sporadic rather than spasmodic!

Anyway, I've said this before and I'll say it again - RNIB need to send a
blank test email from the account their papers come from, to
check-auth@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

If the results that come back are not either "pass" or at least "neutral",
then that's where the problem will be. 99% of the time, that's why email
isn't delivered.

Incidentally, anyone can try this, and it's an interesting test - if your
emails don't get through, then ANY of the tests failing will be the reason!
