yes got that message thank you.

However there was a message from Alison tha t seemed
to suggest RNIB was not yet talking to BT

See below email from Alison.

I feel it's important to remember RNIB has been aware of
problems now for few days, so why have they not already
been talking to BT?

This weeks problems started on Wednesday.
