Hi James,
When this service was taken over and when there was problems in the pass
there was always e-mail replies on a sat and some times problems would be
fixed on a Saturday. Why did this stop? And will it be restarted? You
should have a direct e-mail address to a person so if this problem occurs
again then they can contact people on that day just to say that paper's
won't be back up until say Monday. You've got the e-mail address but no
seem's to be managing it on a Saturday. Why can't someone look at the forum
page regulary and just put up an appolgy on there so people get it. That's
what Alison and others used to do

As you all should know, over the weekend paper's haven't been coming
through via e-mail but have been available on your web site. On late sat,
I did get Sw, South Wales echo. On sun, I got sat's Daily mail 2 times.
Others have been getting papers more than that.
I hope you can solve this problem and see why things seem to crash on a
weekend!!
Do you have anyone on call on weekend's now? Because I did e-mail you all
on sat but didn't get any reply. I did get my paer's off your w-site but
also had to do the same for DDerek.
