We used Carlos Herrera at (703) 675-8051 for a basement project (he is more
of a general contractor) and he ended up guiding us towards a good bit of
water mitigation, both inside and outside. It cost us more than the planned
project, but in the end, we’ve not had a drop of water in 3 years. French
drains inside and also outside to divert rain water. Specia Plastic
sheeting along the walls to divert any leakage from cracks down into the
French drain. Double sump pumps for different levels of the basement, etc.

success. Frustrating for a guy who got an A in water resources engineering
in grad school! Not Archer or Kathleen Litchfield. Anyone used JES for
waterproofing?
