It's blocked.

Blocked too. I wonder why they bothered with this one.
I've added them to firewalls.xml.

Blocked...

All 3 of these are working from the USA and from the UAE, and your
telnet test indicated the port is not blocked for you.
I'd have to guess that these proxies are protected by a firewall
which specifically denies access from the KSA.
That's in hosts.xml now.

Same story, it seems. Hosts.xml updated.
So now, the only one left is:
212.119.67.14:8082
and this one has an access control list :-(
Sorry about this, but there are none left now that are directly
accessible from the KSA in the proxyTools database.
Your options are:
1) get a shell account
2) use localProxy etc.
