[nnasnet] Buzzard wing-tag question

Mark F. and all.........What Mark saw on the turkey vultures was wing tags;
a form of 'bird banding'. Too bad you did not have your binoculars. With
the bins you could have possibly read the information on the band. Buzzard
wing tags are fairly large. You can see some examples at:
