If I am in my host system, and never start the vmware console, is is
still possible for vm's to run? How? I see the services shutting down
when I reboot, it seems like they ought to be able to do the whole thing.
Also, I thought that I was supposed to be able to http to the host from
another machine and run the console that way. I don't see any reference
to it, and there certainly isn't anything there on port 80.
