Not that I am aware of. If you want to give it a try, feel free to do so. However, it's not going to be trivial -- NamedPipes are not exposed via BSD sockets, so the related code already present in nanomsg cannot be used directly. Rather, it has to be copy-pasted and tweaked to work with NamedPipes.
