Short addendum, sorry I spotted it earlier but then forgot: currently
all volumes at set at 0, part of the earlier effects problem. You can
fix it now or later, once the error messages disappear:
Nama> 1;vol 100
nama> 3;vol 100
This will set volume of tracks 1 and 3 to 100 (full volume).

Actually, it depends on whether the fader uses dB or linear
units. 0 dB is the default, full volume setting.

Check the volume_control_operator setting in .namarc.
