So what did you do with the iPhone 4 when you upgraded to the 4S.  It seems there is a big market for used iPhones on eBay.

Same thing happened with me. I was only a little over a year into a three year contract. I upgraded from a 4 to a 4s for $99.99. Got the new one yesterday.
I didn't see anything in the 5 I couldn't live without but I like the 8 mp camera the 4s is sporting and the processor.
