I was at the Apple store yesterday and looked at the new iPhone 5. The chap that I was talking to said they have had people in buying unlocked versions and then going to a 7Eleven store and buying a $10.00 SIM card. Speakeasy7eleven.com is their web site. Their cards expire in one year....$50.00 buys 200 minutes and if I recall a $100.00 gets 440 minutes. And if you buy another card just before the year is up the unused minutes roll over. They use the Rogers network. I talked to Rogers about this at Masonville and I got the impression that they would match the 7Eleven plan. I'm of the opinion that Rogers and Bell are like a tire store.....they have a deal for every wheel.
