Paul has the idea. You can't right click on the icon when it's running because
the dock isn't visible (as was mentioned earlier). Simply go to your
APPLICATIONS folder, find TIME MACHINE in that list, and drag it into the dock.
You will not need to run it, you will not need to right click on it to select
"keep in dock" (because you intentionally put it there).
Two steps and done.
