[muglo] OS 9 and Outlook Express

Another member cannot receive mail using OE with OS 9 though he can
send it? I tried it under Classic Mode (OS 9) in OS X with a similar
result [I normally use the OS X Mail prog] !!
Wondering if others have had similar results or succeeded in running OE
under OS 9? Maybe it doesn't work under OS 9?
