[muglo] Macbook Battery Issue

I am having an issue with my Macbook (mid 2007 model).
The 'book is not reading the battery. It sees that it is there, but not
charging (green light on the charger).
But the battery has no charge (no lights underneath the machine when button
depressed).
It works fine when plugged in, but the shuts down once unplugged.
I have tried various trouble shootings, but no success.
The only thing I can think of is the battery needs to be replaced.
Any suggestions in a vendor for purchase?
