I want to talk with a mobileme rep to sort out a login issue. I called the Canadian tech support number and was told the only way to talk to mobileme is via iChat and they directed me to www.apple.com/support/mobileme. I can't find anything there about iChat (other than stuff about the software itself). Anyone know how to use iChat to contact mobileme? The last time I tried to login to mobileme I got this message: This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons.. That was probably caused by my numerous previous failed attempts to login! I've gone thru the Apple ID and/or password reset so many times that my head is swimming. I might add that I have been a subscriber to this service since the old .Mac days.
