Adobe Acrobat (not Adobe's free Reader) will do it, or Nuance's
Omnipage. Neither is cheap. The basic Acrobat Standard is about $300.
Omnipage, if you can find a copy, is probably about the same. The
latest version, 16, apparently doesn't come in Macintosh flavour yet,
and may never do. Even the ones that did had lousy documentation and
worse phone support, but handled OCR more handily once you learned your
way around them.
