A great alternate to Windows Explorer and it will copy just about
anything. (keyword "just about") is Servent Salamander. I've been using
their free version (at one time there was only one version) for a few
years now. They have newer versions out, but of course, they are no
longer free. :-O  Just for plain listing of files (exploring), the free
version is all you need.
