[mswindowsxp] Batch process - Terminal Server Profile and Home Path Variables

I have a batch file for moving users and changing their SAM database settings
for User Profile Path and Home Directory:

NET USER %1 /DOMAIN /HOMEDIR:\\%4\%5\%1\home
/PROFILEPATH:\\%4\%5\%1\Profile\Profile.pds /DOMAIN

The problem is that I also need it to modify the Terminal Server Profile Path
and the Terminal Server Home Directory.

I believe I can use TSProf.exe to modify the profile path, but I've heard of
problems in doing this when the user account was created with NET USER or
Windows User Manager instead of TSProf or Terminal Server User Manager
(http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBC/tip1400/rh1477.htm)
Also, TSProf does not seem to address the Terminal Server Home Directory.

Can I accomplish what I want with my batch file (I'm not knowledgeable enough to
to try VB scripts making API calls)?
