Well, I've never seen you actually ask about the Outlook problem ... all I
see is people telling you how to display hidden files in Windows and turn
off indexing in Windows search ... but, if you insist this is something that
will help you in Outlook, then keep it here.

I NEVER said the CAUSE wasn't Windows.
I said my issue is with OUTLOOK and I am trying to solve my OUTLOOK problem,
regardless of the CAUSE.
