Well, why don't you tell us what you are trying to do?  It sounds to me like
what you are trying to do has nothing to do with Outlook, but instead it's a
Windows problem with your vbscript.dll ... that's why I keep suggesting you
try a Windows group cuz they may be able to help you more than us.  I'm just
trying to point you in a direction that gets you the help you need.
