Then it is not an outlook problem but rather a Cloudmark problem.
Won't Cloudmark provide support for their paid version?

Well, I've never seen you actually ask about the Outlook problem ... all I
see is people telling you how to display hidden files in Windows and turn
off indexing in Windows search ... but, if you insist this is something that
will help you in Outlook, then keep it here.

In Outlook, I use Cloudmark Desktop to block emails. They put out a new
version (MAJOR) and this began with me trying to get the upgrade to work.
Suffice it to say that what should have been click-click has been hundreds
of lines of emails. Since I actually PAY for this, I truly want to get it
working and truly appreciate this group's help and patience. Perhaps,
someday, I'll be able to return the favor. I will try.
