1.  Open your exterminator's contact form
2.  In the Notes box, type exterminator
3.  Save and close the form
4. Still inside the contact's folder, click on the Tools menu and choose
Instant Search>Instant Search ... a box appears at the top left of the
screen ... type exterminator in that box and hit Enter and it should bring
up the appropriate contact ... and if you had exterminator in more than one,
it will bring them all up.

Found the box on the top right instead of top left.

Was that just a typo for you or is my screen messed up somehow I should
worry about?
