Gil ... I know that James already knows how to set up categories cuz he's
asked questions related to that in this group before ... so here's another
way to do it ... I'm using Outlook 2007 also ... I use the "Notes" section
in the contacts form to put in keywords so I can search for them.

Here's how I do it:

1. Open your exterminator's contact form
2. In the Notes box, type exterminator
3. Save and close the form
4. Still inside the contact's folder, click on the Tools menu and choose
Instant Search>Instant Search ... a box appears at the top left of the
screen ... type exterminator in that box and hit Enter and it should bring
up the appropriate contact ... and if you had exterminator in more than one,
it will bring them all up.

Hope this helps.
Linda

Thank you
The search function searching in notes did the trick
Also is a new function for me with lots and lots of "functionality"
Thanks
