Glad to hear that your problem is resolved. The URL for Irfanview is:

Make sure you select the English version. Oh, and also make sure that =
you DL the plug ins.

Thank you John and Greg for you advice I did look to see if I had Irfan =

and I do not - is that a utility off the internet? If so where do I get =

from? And I did go to Symantec and followed the clean-up for bugbear =

apparently it did work - my document folders are back to normal - the =
only=20
thing that is different is when I use my start menu and go to documents =
the=20
menu is empty - but when I access them through my document/desktop icon =
they=20
are all there - is that suppose to happen?
