Thank you very much, my trouble is at times I do not realize that I am
looking at the correct drop down menu. You have no idea the amount of
paper that this will save me and my patience. Paper usage I do not
mind, it is the ink that concerns me.
Again very many thanks for a correct quick solution on the Mac, yes it
is the same on a Mac
