Steven, Have a look at: http://www.personal-computer-tutor.com/vic4.htm There's a section halfway down about altering the registry to remove the unblock with .exe's Regarding your other query I think Outlook may be able to do what you're after. Try the 'preview pane' (enable it under view>), this will let you read messages without 'opening' them. You can also have multiple signatures defined, and either insert a default, or insert any of the defined ones with the signature button, or menu (insert>signature>) this will pop up a menu of all defined signatures reading for insertion. Hello, Does anyone know how to unblock .exe files received in Outlook XP? This is Outlook XP's last chance before I change back to Express. Also, has anyone else found Outlook so lacking in features that they've switched back to Express? (E.G. No why to read the emails before opening them, like one can do in Express; Signatures that have to be copied and pasted per email address, when Express allows different signatures to automatically be added in per different email address; etc.) Cordially, Steven Fredette President http://www.prowebsites.net Indianapolis, Indiana.
