Then, I think we have to wait till someone with XP experience comes up with
the answer (I take it you've tried Help).  I jumped from 2000 to 2003, so
never took much notice of XP, I'm afraid.  I, too, have an occasional
problem with graphics not displaying but if I switch views and back I find
that they can be persuaded to display again.  Sorry I can't help further.
