It is almost always set in 1 or 1.5, depending on my use.

Well, that is my problem; whatever the setting in the document copied, it
always come across with double spacing.

Well, I have to first find the Office button. It is nowhere on my desktop,
and when I look under Programs, it comes up with all the other programs that
came with Office 07, and right clicking any of them never comes with an
"options" or a Word Options button. Anything else?

Thanks,

Jack
