Where are you copying from? And what is the paragraph spacing in the
document you are copying FROM? The spacing comes with whatever you are
copying so you would need to change it BEFORE you copy it ... though I =
agree
Word 2007 has been buggy with spacing for me too. =20

Or, you can click on the Office button, then click on the Word Options
button ... click on the Advanced button on the left, then at the bottom,
change the "Pasting between documents" to "Match destination formatting" =
...
then click OK. Then try pasting again and see if it still double spaces =
it.

Since I'm still experimenting with Word 2007 myself, I'd be curious to =
hear
if this fixes your problem.

Subject: [mso] Word, Office 2007

Hi:
I recently installed the update, and now cannot find how to make certain
adjustments. E.g. whenever I copy a document, and then paste it, the =
newly
pasted document is always double spaced, whereas most of the documents I =
am
preparing are set at 1, or 1.5. How can I make the necessary changes to =
the
software to eliminate this problem? It really is a pia, and waste of =
time.
Thanks to one and all,

Jack LaPr=E9
