Hi Cathy...

Sorry, but I'm a bit confused about exactly what it is you're asking to do.
Can you give me some stepXstep bullet points of the process you want to do
and I'll be happy to tell you how to accomplish this.

In the meantime...you might want to check out this article as I THINK it may
relate to what you are trying to say you want to do????

Subject: [mso] Word 2002: Send Bookmark Text to VB Form Fields??

I can send text to Word bookmarks via access or a word form with text boxes
or fill-in/ask pop ups. However, how can I send what's contained inside a
bookmark to a word vb form text box field. Can that be done? Is there
some vb that will do it? Have been researching but no avail. Can enter a
default value in a text box via the text/value property, but is there a way
to give the default value the value of a particular bookmark or code to
insert it when the form opens? Thanks, Cathy
