[mso] Date format in Outlook 2000 formattable?

Can I format the dates to my own tastes? Instead of dates like:
Tue 8/9/2005 1:21PM
Mon 8/8/2005 12:33 AM
and so on....
Could I get it to format YYYY-MM-DD + military time? Believe it or not, I
think faster in that format, I am used to it. That is, the above dates would
be:
2005-08-09 1321
2005-08-08 1233
(Probably not going to be possible.)
