In Excel, you have to use formulas to do this, Pam Let's say the text you want to create is in cell A1 =UPPER(A1) ... would put it all in caps =LOWER(A1) ... would lower case it all =PROPER(A1) ... would cap the first letter of each word No keystroke for this in Excel...remember Word is for words, Excel is mostly for numbers, so it has less features for text editing. I thought I saved it but I can't find it. Where I want to use this feature now is in Excel, but I was thinking that this keystroke thing was for Word or Excel. Does this sound familiar to anyone, and is there such an ability?
